Fake Tech Jobs + The Best Way to Find a Job in 2024
The time and energy spent daily filling out job applications for positions that may not even exist can be demoralizing and unproductive. Instead of investing valuable resources in this fruitless endeavor, job seekers should consider alternative strategies to secure employment in the tech industry.
I am not the one saying that it was already reported across trustful media:
Other companies leave open positions there so that investors would think they are growing, but at the end of the day, nobody will be hired.
When a company adds a new position on Linkedin, in minutes they will have thousands of people checking into their brand, discovering what they do, and reading through their website — Job positions put a company brand in front of thousands of people for free.
But not every job announcement is a lie, some are real, and others are not looking for somebody who can start straight away, they are waiting for a specific skilled person to come, and if they are still looking for that person, they are ok with leaving the position open for months.
