According to the World Economic Forum’s “Future of Jobs Report 2025,” 92 million jobs are expected to be displaced globally by 2030 due to technological change, particularly automation and artificial intelligence.
McKinsey Global Institute’s research adds another sobering perspective: 12 million workers in the U.S. alone will need to transition to new jobs by 2030, with some projections suggesting that between 400 and 800 million jobs could be displaced worldwide depending on how quickly AI is adopted.
